Signet were reviewing the market for learning content to support retail staff completing training in real working environments, often in back offices, on iPads, and within tight time constraints.

They reviewed around 13 providers during their selection process. Many were discounted early, not on price alone, but on how the content felt in practice.

A number of providers offered learning that read like a website, with very text-heavy content that was unrealistic for staff completing training during a busy retail day.

Signet needed learning that was visually clean, easy to follow and engaging without being overwhelming. Content had to work naturally within the flow of retail work rather than pulling people away from it.
