How long are elearning assessments?

Most eLearning assessments are short, typically between 5 and 15 minutes depending on the course and the number of questions involved.

At Skillshub, our quizzes are designed to be concise and focused, usually sitting at the end of a module and covering only what has been taught within that course. Assessments are there to reinforce what you have learned and give you a chance to demonstrate your understanding before moving on, not to catch you out.

What do eLearning assessments usually involve?

Most assessments you will encounter on the Skillshub platform are multiple choice quizzes. Questions are drawn directly from the course content, so if you have worked through the material properly there should be no surprises. Some courses may also include scenario-based questions that ask you to apply what you have learned to a realistic workplace situation.

What happens if you do not pass?

There’s no need to panic! If you do not achieve a passing score on your first attempt, you can retake the assessment as many times as you need to. You will be able to see where you lost marks after each attempt, which makes it straightforward to go back, revisit the relevant content, and try again with a clearer understanding.
