How many times can users fail before Administrators are notified?

As a standard, there’s no limit. Users can retake quizzes as many times as they need to, and no notification is triggered by default.

That said, Administrators have the ability to customise both the pass mark required and the number of failed attempts permitted on a quiz that is built bespoke. Once a learner reaches that limit, the relevant Administrator is automatically notified. From there, it is within the Administrator’s control to manually unlock the quiz, giving the learner the opportunity to try again when they are ready.
