Can Administrators see what I’m looking at?

Yes. Administrators on the Skillshub platform have visibility of learner activity, including which courses have been accessed, progress made, time spent, and assessment results. This is by design, allowing managers and L&D teams to track engagement, identify any learners who may need support, and demonstrate training completion across the organisation.

This is standard practice across eLearning platforms and is there to support you, not monitor you in the way you might think. Your learning activity is not shared beyond those responsible for managing your training.
