Who are your instructors and what are their qualifications?

It is a fair question, and the honest answer is that we do not use instructors in the traditional sense. Our courses are not built around a named tutor delivering a class. Instead, the content is written in-house by our own team and brought to life by professional voice over artists, which gives every course a polished, consistent feel from start to finish.

There’s a real benefit to working this way. Because we write the content ourselves rather than relying on individual instructors, we have complete control over its quality, accuracy and consistency. Every course is held to the same high standard, rather than varying depending on who happened to deliver it. It also means we can update and refine content whenever it is needed, without being tied to re-recording sessions with a particular presenter.

The expertise sits in how the content is created. Our courses are carefully researched and written to cover each topic properly, and the fact that much of our library is CPD certified provides independent assurance of that quality. In other words, the credibility comes from the rigour behind the content and its accreditation, rather than from the qualifications of a single instructor.
