Is payment per course or subscription only?

You have a choice. Payment is not subscription only, so you are not locked into one way of paying. Depending on what suits your organisation, you can either lease access to content or purchase it, giving you the flexibility to pick the model that fits how you prefer to manage your training and your budget.

Leasing content

Leasing works on an annual basis. You licence the content for the duration of your term, which means you always have access to the current, up to date version, along with any updates and new additions made during that time. It is a good fit for organisations that want their training to stay continually fresh and do not want to be left with content that gradually goes out of date.

Purchasing content

Purchasing works differently, giving you the content outright rather than on an ongoing licence. For some organisations this suits their budgeting or their particular needs better, especially where the training is less likely to be affected by frequent change. It is a one off investment in specific content rather than an ongoing commitment.

Which option is right for you?

The best choice genuinely varies from one organisation to the next, and it often comes down to the type of training you need and how you prefer to manage cost. If keeping content current and growing your library over time matters most, leasing tends to be the stronger option. If you would rather make a one off investment, purchasing may suit you better.
