Can we provide client access and manage payments?

Yes, you can offer access to your clients, though there’s an important distinction to be aware of around payments.

Many of the organisations we work with want to extend training to their own clients rather than just their internal teams, and the platform supports this. You can add your clients and give them access to content, which makes it a useful option for consultants, associations, membership bodies and similar organisations looking to deliver learning as part of what they offer.

What about administering payments?

This is where the distinction matters. While you can add clients and provide them with access, the platform does not handle the administration of payments between you and those clients. In other words, you can deliver the training, but collecting and managing any payments your clients make to you sits outside what the platform does. That side of things would need to be managed separately, through your own arrangements.

For most organisations offering access to clients, this works perfectly well, as they already have their own billing and payment processes in place. It is simply worth understanding upfront so there are no surprises, as the platform is built to deliver and manage learning rather than to act as a payment system between you and your clients.

Is this option right for you?

Offering access to clients can work really well, but how it is set up depends on your particular model and what you are trying to achieve. If this is something you are considering, give us a call on 02476 998 101 and we can talk through how it would work for your organisation.
