Can I access courses offline?

No. Our courses are delivered online, which means you need an internet connection to access and complete them. They cannot be downloaded to view offline.

There are good reasons for this. Delivering content through the browser means there’s nothing to download or install, and you are always accessing the most current version of a course rather than an older one saved to a device. It also allows your progress to be tracked and saved in real time, so your records stay accurate and you can pick up exactly where you left off whenever you log back in.

The upside is that the platform works wherever you have a connection, on a desktop at work, a laptop at home, or a tablet or smartphone on the move. As long as you are online, your learning travels with you across devices without losing your place.

It is worth being aware of this if you or your teams regularly work in locations with limited or no connectivity, as a connection will be needed for them to access their training. For most learners, though, working online keeps the experience simple, current and easy to manage.
