Can we integrate with HR/CRM systems?

Yes, though it is worth knowing this is not part of the standard setup. By default, the platform operates as a standalone system, which works perfectly well for many of our clients.

That said, we understand some organisations want their learning platform to connect with the other systems they rely on, such as their HR or CRM software. In these cases, we can put a bespoke integration in place to link the platform with your existing tools, helping data flow between systems and reducing duplicated admin.

As this involves additional development work, it is arranged on a bespoke basis with an associated cost. It is something we have set up for a number of clients, so it is well within our capabilities.
