Can users access the system if they don’t have an email address?

Yes, though it is worth knowing that this is not part of the standard setup. By default, accounts are created using an email address, which is how most learners log in and receive their course information.

That said, we understand this does not suit every organisation. Some of our larger clients have teams, such as warehouse or shop floor staff, who do not have a work email address as part of their role. In these cases, we can put a bespoke solution in place that allows those learners to access the platform without one.

As this involves additional development work, it is arranged on a bespoke basis with an associated cost.
