Yes. Administrators can access and download certificates for any learner across their organisation directly from the platform. Whenever someone completes a course, their certificate is stored against their record, ready for you to view or download whenever you need it.

This makes record keeping straightforward. Rather than asking individual learners to forward their own certificates, you can pull what you need yourself, whether that is for a single person or as part of a wider audit of completed training.
