How long does it take to build the platform once we’ve signed up?

Once you have signed up, your platform is typically ready in less than 24 hours. This is based on working hours, Monday to Friday, so if you sign up over the weekend, we’ll get your access sorted on Monday.

What this means in practice is that there’s very little waiting around. Unlike some platforms that involve lengthy setup periods or drawn out implementation projects, we aim to get you up and running quickly so you can start delivering training to your people without unnecessary delay.

During that time, we handle the work of getting your platform ready behind the scenes, so the process is straightforward from your side. Within a day of working hours, you can expect to have access to your platform and be in a position to begin adding users, assigning courses and getting your learning underway. It is a fast, simple start that means the value of your investment kicks in almost straight away rather than weeks down the line.
