Are there different admin levels?

Yes. The platform offers several different admin levels, so you can give people the right amount of access and control based on their role within your organisation. This makes managing training far easier, particularly across larger or multi-site teams.

The levels available are:

  • Site Administrator: full control across the entire platform, with oversight of all areas, teams and settings.
  • Area Administrator: control over a specific area of the organisation, ideal for managing a region, division or location.
  • Team Administrator: responsibility for a particular team, with visibility of that team’s learners and progress.
  • Tutor/Content Manager: focused on managing content and supporting learners, rather than overseeing the wider platform.
  • Learner: standard access to complete assigned and available courses.

This tiered structure means responsibility can be distributed sensibly rather than everything sitting with one person. A site administrator can keep an overall view, while area and team administrators manage their own corners of the organisation day to day. For larger organisations especially, this makes administration far more manageable and ensures each person has access that matches their role, with nothing more or less than they actually need.
