George Stavrinidis - Managing Director
George founded SkillsHub in 2003, having spotted the gap in the market for a highly focused recruitment firm concentrating on the asset and wealth management sectors of financial services. This followed a successful career as a consultant starting at Accenture spanning business and technology.
He has a wealth of experience of leading major projects, starting new companies and managing major consulting engagements. His last permanent employment prior to launching SkillsHub was as European Lead Generation Manager for the Financial Services arm of Perot Systems.
George's vision of a unique position for the business has been comprehensively validated since its inception through hundreds of successful placements made with blue chip companies who have and continue to utilise SkillsHub's "high touch" consultative services.
Nearly a decade later, on a daily basis George remains highly visible and active with Associates and Clients alike.
George graduated from Imperial College London with a BSc in Computer Science and also holds an MBA and Diploma of Marketing. His passions include spending time with his family, including being worn out by his young son and playing sport.
Naomi Steward - Operations Manager
Naomi commenced her finance career working for a prestigious asset management consultancy in the City of London where she undertook various marketing, administration and event coordination positions before joining SkillsHub at its launch in 2003. Naomi has a high profile operational role within the business working very closely with Associates; managing their contracts, remuneration and company formations. She also provides valued guidance and advice regarding regulatory HR matters.
Additionally, Naomi is the direct contact for Clients regarding the administration of all contractual and financial arrangements.
In her spare time Naomi is an active participator in an animal charity and in support of this has adopted two rescue rabbits.
Kevin Alcock - Director
Kevin assisted George in the founding of SkillsHub in 2003 whilst he was Managing Director of CSTIM limited, a leading management consultancy servicing the asset management and wealth management sectors. Following the sale of CSTIM limited in 2004, Kevin went on to become Chief Executive of the Morse group, a listed technology and services company. Prior to founding CSTIM in 1998, Kevin led Ernst & Young's investment management consultancy group and worked with a number of leading asset management organizations.
Kevin believes passionately in the'high touch' model and relationship driven approach adopted by SkillsHub. As a Director, Kevin is well placed to leverage his extensive contact network to support clients in meeting their specific requirements.
Kevin is a chartered accountant by training, he has ongoing interests in private equity and enjoys travelling, playing (or watching) sport and spending time with his family.
