Managing Director’s Introduction
Having been on the procurement side of Associates for many years, what I found immensely frustrating was dealing with Recruitment Agencies that didn't understand my business. The result was that they would send as many CVs as possible, thereby putting the onus on me to do the hard work of sifting through them for a match. Based on SkillsHub's knowledge of Financial Services and specifically our niche of asset and wealth management, we never send out more than three appropriate CVs. Furthermore we include our own assessment of the applicability of each Associate to the role.
