Our client, a Financial Services provider based in Beckenham, Kent, has a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate to be part of a new team within their Operations department. Our client is looking for a passionate and self motivated individual to increase their skills and move their career forward in a rare and exciting opportunity.
 
Overview of role:
  • Hybrid role of client services (30%) and operational activity (70%)
  • Strong methodical ability to categorically process share allotments
  • To champion the 'service quality' function of the Operations department and monitoring it at regular intervals
  • To carry out other administrative/operational duties as required.
  • Communicate with Clients/Relationship Managers/Processing teams on share allotment queries and shareholder requests
Essential Experience/Skills:
  • Excellent client service skills gained within a financial / asset servicing environment
  • Strong operational knowledge
  • Experience with Microsoft packages, word and excel
  • Excellent administration skills
  • Ability to communicate with people at all levels
Desired Experience/Skills:
  • Experience in a Quality checking role
  • Market Knowledge of Share Allotments
  • IAQ or IMC Qualification
