Job description
Our client, a Financial Services provider based in Beckenham, Kent, has a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate to be part of a new team within their Operations department. Our client is looking for a passionate and self motivated individual to increase their skills and move their career forward in a rare and exciting opportunity.
Overview of role:
- Hybrid role of client services (30%) and operational activity (70%)
- Strong methodical ability to categorically process share allotments
- To champion the 'service quality' function of the Operations department and monitoring it at regular intervals
- To carry out other administrative/operational duties as required.
- Communicate with Clients/Relationship Managers/Processing teams on share allotment queries and shareholder requests
Essential Experience/Skills:
- Excellent client service skills gained within a financial / asset servicing environment
- Strong operational knowledge
- Experience with Microsoft packages, word and excel
- Excellent administration skills
- Ability to communicate with people at all levels
Desired Experience/Skills:
- Experience in a Quality checking role
- Market Knowledge of Share Allotments
- IAQ or IMC Qualification

- Excellent communicator, both written and oral
