Senior Manager
Recognised for expertise in business process design, they work closely with management and board level executives to provide vision and strategic direction for the Business Process domain-of-change for clients. They are the business link to technical experts, defining application systems that support the redesigned or improved business processes. Additionally, they are responsible for developing and educating less experienced employees.

- Redesign or improve the business processes
- Lead the development of business strategies
- Conduct impact analysis of process redesign on existing organisation roles, helping others understand the impact
- Reformat and prioritise the enterprise into functional business areas, whilst ensuring consistency of approach across each of them
- Identify, assess and document the impact of organisational changes at a high level and develop change options to minimise business risk
- Lead a team of 11-20 resources
