Specialist

Specialists are responsible for the design and delivery of business solutions, using a broad knowledge of relevant disciplines. They support Industry, Organisation, Process Design and Implementation. Utilising technical expertise they add interpretative value to presented data. They organise and supply services on large, complex projects. Demonstrating team leadership, facilitation and methodology skills they display in-depth knowledge on technical issues.

Specialist Competencies

• Develop high level and detailed business model views
  
• Formulate and present a gap analysis and case for action
• Highlight business areas in greatest need of change
• Assist in obtaining buy-in from the executive sponsor of the mission
• Redesign or improve the business processes
• Schedule, co-ordinate and conduct training sessions
• Generate user acceptance criteria and test plans for business solutions
• Provide on-line help, user manuals and reference materials
• Lead a team of 6 - 10 resources
